PURCHASING PROCESS

 

Greetings!

 

We currently use PayPal as our merchant account provider. However, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A PAYPAL MEMBER to purchase with this system.

Simply look for the link that says “Pay with Credit Card” or something similar.

 

NOTE:  The charge on your credit card statement will say:  PayPal -- Niche Innovations

However, we will then send you a PayPal invoice for the full amount with shipping. Once that invoice is paid, we will process your order ASAP according to our usual prompt guidelines.

 

 

 

SHIPPING

 

HOW LONG BEFORE YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES?

 

We generally ship two business days after we get your order. Then, depending on how far away from southern California you are and/or the size of your order, the package should arrive two days to a week later. Shipments to the East Coast may incur an additional 2-3 days during the holidays.

 

If we are out of stock, and there will be more than a couple days delay in shipping, we will contact you; usually by email, and then by phone if we’ve not heard back from you with a confirmation.

We ship leaf nightlights to ANYWHERE in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom

 

WHAT WE CHARGE

 

Shipping charges are FLAT RATE by state (based on distance) with all our websites. So ordering more product incurs no increase in shipping costs to you (although it does to us! ... but we are happy for your nice order).

 

We apologize that when you order one set of leaf napkins rings, shipping might seem excessive. But this system seems to work better for most of our customers.

 

If you do place a larger order, you are getting a sweet discount on shipping costs - which continue to escalate! Our flat rate shipping is a very good deal for most of our customers.

 

WHICH CARRIERS DO WE USE?

 

Most orders are shipped UPS.

 

If you wish us to ship outside these parameters (i.e. you want UPS deliver, or Postal Service for a large order), there may be an additional charge. Call for details.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

 

If you need expedited shipping or “firm date” shipping (e.g. for birthdays), or have other special needs, make sure to contact us before ordering, to verify that we can meet your requirements:
